Position Overview

Cyber Radder System, a company with a decade-long presence in the security services sector, is urgently seeking seasoned professionals specializing in bench sales and resume marketing based in India. This role involves extensive candidate sourcing, marketing profiles, vendor liaison, and recruitment tasks via Indian job portals, carried out remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Market candidate profiles across leading Indian job portals including Naukri, Indeed India, Monster India, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Generate candidate leads, profiles, and hiring opportunities using job boards and professional networks.
• Oversee coordination efforts with clients, vendors, and recruitment teams.
• Manage candidate submissions, perform follow-up activities, and coordinate interviews effectively.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and detailed activity tracking through spreadsheets.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with clients, hiring partners, and vendors.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in bench sales or resume marketing.
• Proficiency in using Indian job portals such as Naukri, Indeed India, Monster India, and LinkedIn Recruiter for recruiting purposes.
• Strong abilities in resume screening, profile marketing, vendor/client handling, and recruitment coordination.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
