Role Overview
This position is for a Bench Sales Recruiter responsible for marketing bench and US IT consulting resources. The role requires strong relationships with prime vendors and a solid background in US staffing, along with the ability to drive submissions, interviews, and successful closures.
Work Schedule
The working hours for this role are 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST.
Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Bench Sales and US IT staffing.
- Strong connections with prime vendors and established vendor/client relationships.
- Experience marketing consultants on H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and USC categories.
- Demonstrated success in generating submissions, arranging interviews, and closing positions.
- Good knowledge of US tax terms.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
