Role Overview

As a Bartender at Mama Shelter Dubai, you are not just preparing drinks but crafting memorable, enjoyable experiences for guests. Your role is to infuse energy and positive vibes ensuring customers return for more.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create an inviting bar atmosphere with positive energy from the outset.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages adhering to brand recipes while adding personal creativity.
• Prepare visually appealing signature cocktails that enhance the guest experience.
• Guide patrons through the menu, recommend drinks, and provide knowledgeable answers about beverages and specials.
• Maintain prompt and accurate service during high-volume periods with attention to detail.
• Forge genuine connections by remembering guests’ favorites and personalizing their visits.
• Organize and maintain cleanliness and stock of the bar, including garnishes and glassware.
• Manage inventory in collaboration with the Head Bartender to ensure consistent supply levels.
• Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol serving standards to guarantee guest safety.
• Handle cash and transactions securely and accurately, managing tabs responsibly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, and fellow bartenders to deliver seamless guest service.
• Innovate and contribute new ideas to continually enhance the bar experience.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Prior experience as a Bartender in a busy hospitality setting is required.
• Strong expertise in cocktail preparation, spirit varieties, and bar equipment handling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with guests.
• Ability to remain organized, energetic, and efficient under pressure.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities including service, stocking, and transactional duties.
• Proactive mindset with the initiative to identify and complete tasks independently.
