About the Role
The Bartender at Grand Hyatt Doha is tasked with crafting and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to hotel patrons. This role demands excellent customer service skills, strict upkeep of bar cleanliness and organization, as well as efficient inventory management. Adherence to hotel hospitality standards and beverage service rules is essential to ensure a superior guest experience.
Qualifications
- At least 1 to 2 years' experience in bartending, ideally within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of various cocktails, beverages, and bar operation procedures.
- Excellent communication abilities paired with customer service expertise.
- Willingness to work on flexible schedules including weekends and public holidays.
- Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service is a plus.
