As Bar Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring quality service, safety, and an upbeat atmosphere that reflects our values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of bar operations, including preparation, service, handovers, opening, and closing tasks.
• Uphold and model standards for the bar team, and provide onboarding and continuous training for new staff such as barbacks and bartenders.
• Ensure all cleanliness, organisation, and health and safety standards are maintained on the bar floor.
• Provide guests with exceptional customer service, consistently maintaining a positive and energetic approach.
• Demonstrate and promote the core values of Big Mamma: professionalism, warmth, teamwork, and initiative.

Candidate Profile

• Keen enthusiasm for Italian food and mixology.
• Highly energetic, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
• Proven leadership and communication capabilities, especially in high-volume environments.
• In-depth expertise in classic cocktails and bar service.
• Documented experience as a head bartender or supervising a busy bar team.
• Willingness to work flexibly, covering evenings and weekends as necessary.
