Candidate Profile
- Keen enthusiasm for Italian food and mixology.
- Highly energetic, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

- Guaranteed five-day work week and two full days off each week.
- Daily family-style staff meals and a 15% employee discount on food and drinks.
- €500 referral incentive for successful recommendations (subject to terms and conditions).
- Recognition through the Employee of the Month scheme.
- Mental health and wellbeing support through the Open Up programme.
- Routine staff training and multiple pathways for career development.
- Potential for international mobility across the group’s venues.
