Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar, for the role of Banquet Captain. The Banquet Captain will oversee and ensure the successful execution of banquet events, including coordinating staff assignments and maintaining high service standards. Key responsibilities include supervising food service operations, managing guest relations, ensuring timely setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, and addressing customer needs during events. The Banquet Captain will also work closely with the Food & Beverage team and provide training and support to ensure smooth event operations.
