Job Summary
The Banking Executive role focuses on thorough geographic and area mapping alongside strong relationship management and reporting responsibilities to drive operational success within assigned regions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed lane-to-lane and area mapping within assigned geography regularly with supervisor support.
- Identify and notify progress on new sources within the designated area to the reporting manager during daily team meetings.
- Effectively manage relationships with all sources allocated in the designated geography.
- Maintain comprehensive sales and activity reports in mandated formats, including daily diaries documenting all undertakings.
- Recognize when the appointment of channel partners is necessary and communicate these needs appropriately.
- Participate in daily team huddles as scheduled and follow established procedures.
- Enhance customer experiences by cultivating and sustaining strong customer relationship management.
- Ensure the accurate and timely submission of complete application files with all necessary documentation and information.
Additional Information
Compensation ranges from 25,000 to 80,000 INR per month.
