Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately price and label all bakery merchandise according to store guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to cold chain management, food safety, thermometer calibration, and sanitation processes.
• Carry out proper product rotation and monitor sell-by and expiry dates to maintain food safety standards.
• Follow protocols for ordering stock, markdowns, clearances, and accurate signage.
• Prepare bakery products following precise thawing and baking instructions to assure quality presentation.
• Secure all bakery displays safely and professionally.

Salary Details

The position offers a starting wage of $15.80 per hour.
