Work Schedule

The working hours are from 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday through Sunday, allowing you to start early and have your afternoons free.

Responsibilities

• Embody the Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) to ensure customers enjoy both products and experiences.
• Uphold stringent food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining cleanliness and audit readiness of all bakery stations.
• Lead and support team members to foster a culture of wellbeing, resilience, and collective success.
• Continually develop your baking expertise and leadership abilities through curiosity and dedication.
• Manage the physical demands and high-paced environment of a busy bakery with confidence and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• A formal baking qualification or an equivalent industry credential is required.
• Prior experience working in a fast-moving bakery setting is essential.
