Overview
We are seeking seasoned Avaloq specialists to join a growing practice covering India and Singapore. This opportunity is for professionals who have practical, hands-on experience with the Avaloq Core Banking Platform and are ready to contribute to challenging banking transformation work.

Role Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by position and project, but the scope may include the following:
- For developers and architects: build, tailor, and improve Avaloq core banking solutions; work with Avaloq scripting, including PL/SQL, ACP, APIs, and parameterization; troubleshoot issues, tune performance, integrate systems, and guide solution design for complex technical needs.
- For Tech BAs: collect and interpret business requirements, then convert them into technical Avaloq solutions; work across banking areas such as payments, securities, wealth, and corporate banking; act as the connection between business users and technical teams.
- For Test Managers / Test Masters: own Avaloq testing activities such as SIT, UAT, and regression testing; prepare test strategies and test plans; help ensure high-quality release delivery; bring hands-on familiarity with Avaloq test scenarios and banking workflows.
- For Project Managers: lead Avaloq implementation or upgrade programs from start to finish; coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams; manage delivery against scope, schedule, and budget.
Experience and Background
Candidates should have relevant experience aligned to the level of the role: around 3+ years for mid-level positions and 8+ years for senior, architect, or project management roles. Strong exposure to the Avaloq Core Banking Platform is required, along with solid knowledge of banking and financial services. Experience in implementation, migration, upgrade, or support environments is important, as is the ability to communicate clearly and manage stakeholders well.
Location and Work Model
- India: onsite or hybrid depending on the project
- Singapore: onsite
