Role overview

The Automation Test Lead will spearhead the strategy and technical implementation of test automation efforts focused on enterprise-level Internet and Mobile Banking applications. This role encompasses overseeing quality delivery end-to-end, managing squad outputs, and designing resilient automation frameworks.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver scalable test automation frameworks using tools like Cucumber (Behavior-Driven Development) and Playwright through direct hands-on involvement.
Apply extensive domain expertise in validating Internet Banking and Mobile Banking platforms across iOS, Android, and Web environments.
Lead, guide, and mentor a team of automation engineers distributed across onshore (Singapore) and offshore (India) offices.
Work collaboratively with development teams, business analysts, and DevOps engineers to embed automated testing within continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
