About the Role
Join Deloitte's dynamic Audit team in Tirana, Albania, where we customize audit services to meet each client's specific requirements. Work closely with industry professionals and gain practical experience auditing financial statements, transactions, and internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Conduct specific audit tasks within financial statement audits.
- Assist in various audit phases including planning, testing, and reporting.
- Analyze financial data, accounting records, and statements thoroughly.
- Document audit work using Deloitte's audit software and standardized formats.
- Collaborate with senior staff and managers, engaging in ongoing learning and coaching.
- Enhance analytical skills by reviewing client financials and internal controls.
- Keep abreast with industry developments and regulatory updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with local and international clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
- One to three years of professional experience in audit or related areas.
- Advanced degrees or certifications such as Master’s degree, ACCA, or CPA are advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and ability to work effectively within teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English is essential.
