Role Overview
As an Assortment & Pricing Analyst, you will be integral to Flink's commercial operations, crafting and implementing strategies that shape product assortment and pricing frameworks. Your efforts will ensure competitiveness while enhancing profitability. Acting as a strategic partner, you will translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations for multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee comprehensive pricing models for more than 3,000 SKUs and delivery fees, directly influencing revenue and margin performance.
- Leverage SQL expertise to analyze customer behavior, competitor trends, and market dynamics to uncover growth avenues.
- Construct financial forecasting models to evaluate the effects of pricing and assortment changes, delivering clear business guidance.
- Collaborate closely with teams including Category Management, Marketing, and Operations, providing insightful analyses to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor strategy effectiveness, optimizing for customer and business objectives continually.
Candidate Profile
- Proven commercial insight with experience in pricing, analytics, or commercial roles that impacted business results.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and insight extraction.
- Exceptional communication abilities to manage stakeholder relationships and translate data into compelling narratives.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude, curiosity, and adaptability thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.
- Understanding of pricing elasticity and consumer behavior correlations.
- Bonus points for practical knowledge of programming languages like Python and familiarity with dbt.
- Educational background in Economics, Analytics, Business, or related fields.

- Annual gross salary ranging between 50,000 and 59,000 EUR for full-time employment (40 hours per week).
