  • Track tenant movement across the market and keep records current.
  • Maintain accurate tenant rosters for a range of commercial buildings.
  • Look into newly identified property and tenant leads.
  • Map and document corporate ownership structures.

Required background

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college is required.
  • The degree should ideally be in real estate, business, management, or a similar discipline.
  • You should demonstrate a consistent history of commitment in previous roles.
  • You must be able to work shifts aligned with ET, CT, MT, and PT time zones.

Preferred experience and capabilities

  • Previous experience in a customer service setting.
  • Experience succeeding against targets, metrics, or KPIs.
  • A curious, persistent approach and strong investigative research skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, including data manipulation, filters, and basic formulas.
  • Accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Self-driven, goal-focused, and able to work independently.

Why join

  • Be part of a global leader in property technology and data innovation.
  • Work with modern tools and methods that are influencing the future of real estate intelligence.
  • Grow your career in a high-performing, collaborative team.
