We are seeking an Associate Supply & Operations Planning professional to join the team driving growth for our innovative grocery offering “tMart,” the region's pioneering cloud store delivering groceries within 30 minutes at hypermarket prices. tMart has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman, and Iraq.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with suppliers to manage supply chain fill rates optimizing product availability.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships to improve their service levels.
• Oversee daily supply operations and promote process enhancements involving suppliers and internal Demand and Store teams.
• Schedule and monitor supplier deliveries to meet internal inbound receiving standards.
• Drive the implementation of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles by engaging proactively with suppliers to elevate service performance.
• Create and share SKU-specific rolling supply plans with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Work alongside the demand team to integrate supplier constraints into demand forecasts.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with suppliers and internal teams to track progress against plans and initiate corrective measures when necessary.
• Design and manage reporting dashboards focused on service level metrics.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as Looker and Tableau to extract relevant data and generate key reports.
• Be accountable for KPIs including Supplier Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery, and OTIF percentage.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess between 2 to 5 years of experience specifically in the fruits and vegetables (F&V) sector.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of Distribution Center (DC) operations, inventory management, and fundamental finance principles.
• Exhibit enthusiasm for dynamic challenges and continuous learning opportunities on the job.
• Possess strong communication capabilities and be comfortable working hands-on with various tools.
• Showcase strong interpersonal and multicultural collaboration skills.
• Have proficiency in English at a very good level is highly preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems are required.
• Hold certifications related to Quality and Food Safety standards.
