Role Overview
This full-time, onsite Associate role is based in Singapore and involves collaborating with clients to design and execute strategies that boost motivation and promote organizational change. You'll actively seek opportunities in local markets and cultivate strong relationships with clients to expand the business within Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret employee survey data to uncover organizational strengths and cultural challenges, providing clients with insightful, data-driven recommendations.
- Partner closely with C-suite executives and HR leaders to develop tailored transformation and change management strategies addressing business challenges.
- Drive business growth by identifying companies confronting complex organizational issues and engaging with them effectively.

Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in Chinese (business or native level) and English is mandatory; conversational or business-level Japanese proficiency (preferably JLPT N2 or higher) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in at least one Southeast Asian language aside from Chinese is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum 1–2 years relevant work experience; those without direct industry experience but with genuine enthusiasm for organizational transformation are welcome to apply.
- Excellent skills in communication, writing, and presentations.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and nurture strong client relationships.
- Background knowledge in behavioral economics, psychology, or organizational behavior is helpful.
- Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed for client projects.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
