Associate Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Meds.com is an expanding consumer technology company managing various healthcare businesses, including the premier brands BlueChew and MOD. Our objective is to enhance patient outcomes by delivering innovative healthcare solutions. Supported by a diverse team of 300 experts, we have developed scalable platforms in pharmacy, telemedicine, and e-commerce, leveraging cutting-edge technology. As we scale rapidly, we are introducing new products to broaden our patient base and accelerate our growth.

Within BlueChew and MOD, our marketing operations are primarily handled internally by a skilled team aligning creative strategy with performance marketing. Due to increasing market expansion and product variety, we are looking for a new team member who preferably has agency experience in affiliate marketing and can manage significant billing responsibilities. Candidates with a billing background who aim to transition into performance marketing are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead coordinator for monitoring and reporting all marketing expenditures, ensuring monthly reconciliation of marketing-related costs.
• Dedicate about 25% of work hours monthly to billing tasks, primarily concentrated at the start and end of each month.
• Drive the growth of our affiliate marketing program by scouting and onboarding new affiliate partners.
• Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with existing affiliate partners while overseeing intra-month affiliate spending.
• Support additional marketing channels such as paid social campaigns, contributing flexibly to the lean yet high-performing marketing team.
