Overview and Eligibility
The position requires applicants to be graduates in any field and currently based in Pune or willing to move there. Candidates must demonstrate excellent English verbal and written communication skills and be capable of interacting proficiently with international customers, understanding different English accents and dialects. Strong skills in customer service, active listening, and problem-solving are essential.
Shift and Experience Requirements
For the UK shift, candidates should have at least 18 months of experience in international voice process work. This shift runs from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM and offers weekends off. For the Australia shift, a minimum of 12 months of international voice process experience is needed. This shift runs from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM and also provides weekends off.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through voice calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Deliver accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with client requirements, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Foster positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
