About Echelon Risk + Cyber

We are seeking an Associate Graphic Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our marketing team and enhance our brand's visual presence across diverse platforms.
Role Summary
The Associate Graphic Designer will contribute creatively to various projects, including paid advertisements, email marketing templates, website graphics, sales collateral, webinar visuals, and video/motion content. The ideal candidate is imaginative, detail-focused, highly organized, and efficient in handling multiple concurrent tasks within a dynamic and innovative workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine creative visual assets tailored for paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Design compelling email marketing templates that reflect brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate on enhancing website graphics and visual components to improve user experience.
- Develop materials supporting sales efforts such as two-page summaries, presentations, and promotional content.
- Create engaging webinar graphics including banners, cover images, and social media visuals to increase participation.
- Edit and produce short-form videos and motion graphics for social media, websites, and campaign materials.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and audience relevance, managing workflows and deadlines via ClickUp.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably with a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Proficient in Canva and PowerPoint for routine design tasks; competent with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with an active Adobe license being advantageous.
- Basic understanding of HTML coding principles.
- Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and foundational UI/UX design concepts.
- Familiarity with project management software like ClickUp or equivalent.
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals including layout composition, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent organizational aptitude to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration talents combined with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Fluent in English at B2+/C1/C2 proficiency levels, capable of interpreting and implementing creative briefs correctly.
- Legal authorization to work in Mexico without needing visa sponsorship.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience designing B2B marketing campaigns, a significant advantage.
- Background in digital marketing designs, specifically paid ads and email template creation.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- A keen interest in cybersecurity or technology branding and visual storytelling.
- Advanced skills in motion graphics or animation software (e.g., After Effects).
