Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive brand growth actively by nurturing brand relationships and scaling presence on the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with Planning and Pricing teams to optimize inventory management, scale, open-to-buy (OTB), purchase orders, and inward logistics alongside refining cataloguing and operational processes.
  • Boost sales and profitability, ensuring sustainable category growth and establishing Myntra as the preferred destination for brands and consumers.
  • Identify portfolio gaps and onboard or develop brands to cover white spaces, focusing on selection, catalog management, and marketing support.
  • Plan category visibility on the app by interpreting data and consolidating reports to inform decisions and improvements.
  • Ensure operational excellence addressing merchandising, pricing, discount monitoring, and catalog issues efficiently.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities to keep the category competitive and innovative.
  • Work with cataloguing teams to guarantee product information accuracy and enhance the customer shopping experience.
