Role Overview
The Associate Agency Development Manager is responsible for recruiting high-quality agents, enhancing their skills, and achieving business targets. This role involves conducting career seminars, regular communication of agent rewards and recognition, and fostering customer loyalty as a brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit agents through diverse channels and build a strong agent pipeline.
- Organize activities to increase agent footfall and generate referrals for new hires.
- Conduct career seminars for prospective agents and adhere to hiring policies.
- Ensure agents acquire product knowledge via company training methods.
- Facilitate field demonstrations and cultivate productive agent habits like prospecting, calling, and organized work routines.
- Plan and review agent activities and goals regularly.
- Identify training requirements and coordinate with trainers for agent development.
- Achieve set monthly, quarterly, and yearly business objectives.
- Boost agent productivity and policy persistency through regular incentives and initiatives.
- Maintain appropriate sales mix as per company guidelines and ensure consistent agent activity aligned with business plans.
- Act as a customer champion by conducting periodic customer meetings to assess needs and ensuring customer queries are efficiently resolved following company standards.
Performance Indicators
- Business target achievement including GPA (Gross Premium Amount).
- Active recruitment, development, and engagement of agents.
- Retention and persistency targets in line with company standards.
- Attainment of GOLD Score according to company benchmarks.
- Growth in number of high-achieving agents such as EC/MDRT agents.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Age between 24 and 40 years.
- Sales experience ranging from 0 to 10 years, with at least 1 year in the city.
- Graduation completed.
