Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Group Vice Chancellor to implement research-driven strategic measures establishing global benchmarks for CU and influencing Indian higher education policy to enhance student success and societal benefits.
- Lead partnerships with the Management Consulting India Group of the Academy of Management (AOM) to increase and improve research publications from India in AOM and other prestigious practitioner-oriented and A+ journals.
- Consistently produce impactful scholarly publications.
Candidate Requirements
- High capacity to learn, uphold strong ethical values including a positive mindset, solution focus, and empathy, along with a strong drive for achievement.
- PhD in Organizational Behavior, Strategy, or relevant fields with a robust track record of publications; familiarity and participation in AOM activities are preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; proven ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficient in data analytics with practical experience using SPSS, AMOS, and/or Smart PLS 3 software.
