Assistant Sales Manager

Role Overview

Millennium Place Barsha Heights is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for the leisure segment in Dubai. In this position, you will help shape and execute sales plans for your assigned market area, with the goal of building business, strengthening client partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with managers and department leaders to provide excellent client support, meet performance goals, and improve overall sales productivity.
• Carry out sales plans and objectives with precision so that targets are not only met but exceeded wherever possible.
• Set commercial terms, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing for transient and group business while protecting the property’s interests.
• Actively create and convert sales opportunities to expand brand visibility and increase market reach.
• Maintain well-organized records and files for key accounts.
• Apply approved selling approaches during negotiations and look for chances to increase revenue through upselling.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers to support long-term business partnerships.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to adapt campaigns and promotional materials for the relevant segments.
• Track market developments, regulations, and policy changes to inform and improve sales planning.
• Review sales results regularly, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to strengthen performance.
• Carry out duties in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, supporting the well-being of colleagues and environmental protection.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to environmental, health, and safety standards.
