Role Overview
The Assistant Purchasing Manager ensures all departments have the necessary resources to operate smoothly. Working closely with the F&B Operations Manager and department heads, you support administrative processes and maintain effective inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal inventory control to prevent storage disorder.
- Contribute to budget planning with a keen business perspective on procurement.
- Assist with various Food & Beverage projects and cover for F&B or warehouse colleagues during their absence.
- Leverage your hospitality background to keep projects well-coordinated despite a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Profile
- Professional experience in a similar administrative role with a knack for organization.
- Enthusiastic about experimenting and exploring unconventional solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills complemented by strong computer literacy.
