Role Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager located in Mississauga to support our organizational growth. This newly created role focuses on managing retail signage and wireless campaigns to ensure seamless execution and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing retail signage campaigns using Wrike as a project management tool.
- Coordinate OSL wireless initiatives by managing communications, stakeholders, and acting as a primary contact.
- Create and maintain XMAT files corresponding to each campaign tactic.
- Manage product re-shipments as needed to support campaigns.
- Update and monitor in-store signage trackers to guarantee accuracy of campaign details.
- Act as the in-office expert for signage processes and campaign execution.
- Oversee campaign timelines, including scheduling, delayed programs, and critical project milestones.
- Address and troubleshoot issues related to print and signage production.
- Propose improvements and innovative methods to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain detailed project records, including Wire Page PowerPoint presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications and Experience
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum two years of experience coordinating projects, retail campaigns, print production, signage, or marketing activities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while adhering to deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Wrike or other project management tools is advantageous.
- Proactive approach with solid problem-solving capabilities adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in tracking project timelines and managing deliverables to ensure project schedules are met.

- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- Facilities Management Professional (FMP)
- International Project Management Association (IPMA) Certification
