Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies and workforce planning.
• Manage the performance management process encompassing goal setting, evaluations, and performance discussions.
• Advise managers on employee relations, interpreting HR policies, and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Support initiatives related to talent management such as succession planning and employee growth.
• Evaluate HR data and metrics to offer insights that enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Lead programs to boost employee engagement, retention, and foster a positive organizational culture.
• Oversee organizational design efforts, restructuring, and change management when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to company policies as well as compliance with relevant labor laws.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations teams to provide integrated HR services.
• Coach and guide managers on leadership and people management practices.

Additional Information

The role is based in Bengaluru with working hours starting at 4:30 PM onwards.
