Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance from sales entries through to the general ledger in alignment with company policies and standards.
- Efficiently complete month-end closing activities, including account receivables reconciliation and management of inter-office payment processes.
- Maintain organized financial records using SAP software while enforcing stringent controls to mitigate risks of errors or fraudulent activities.
- Conduct tax reconciliations for TDS and TCS to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Perform regular monthly physical inventory counts within the warehouse to verify stock integrity and prevent discrepancies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is a partly qualified CMA with between 4 to 7 years of relevant experience handling finance operations, general ledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
