About the Role
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Director for Research. This role is crucial for a forward-thinking organization dedicated to advancing knowledge, driving innovation, and promoting sustainable practices. The Assistant Director will support the Pro Vice-Chancellor in strategic research planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid the Pro Vice-Chancellor in formulating and implementing research endeavors that align with the university's overarching objectives.
- Contribute to the creation of robust research strategies, comprehensive frameworks, and effective methodologies.
- Oversee the management of research teams, projects, and financial allocations under the Pro Vice-Chancellor's direction.
- Proactively seek out potential funding sources and foster the development of strategic partnerships.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality, integrity, and adherence to regulations in all research undertakings.
- Facilitate the dissemination of research findings through publications and represent the university at academic conferences and forums.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical writing and project management.
- A verifiable history of publications or successfully secured research funding.
