Role Overview
In this position, you will support asphalt construction work and help ensure that asphalt surfaces are installed properly and professionally. The job is centered on maintaining a smooth, safe, and efficient construction process while working closely with the supervisory team and contributing to successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the correct installation of asphalt surfacing.
- Help maintain an orderly, safe, and uninterrupted construction workflow.
- Work closely with the site supervisor and contribute to the successful completion of projects.
- Coordinate with colleagues and rely on team support as part of daily work.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training is preferred.
- Several years of practical experience in asphalt construction.
- Valid driving licence class B is mandatory.
- Strong willingness to work, dependability, and ability to work in a team.
