Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Artist Agent to join our Berlin office full-time, starting in September. This on-site role involves managing daily artist representation duties such as portfolio coordination, scheduling client and shoot meetings, responding to artist and client inquiries, supporting production planning and execution, aiding casting and project coordination, and maintaining clear communication throughout all parties involved. The agent plays a vital role in client servicing by preparing proposals, tracking project timelines, and ensuring seamless campaign and assignment delivery. This position demands strong organizational skills, a passion for visual arts and fashion, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced creative environment.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must have at least 4 to 5 years of professional experience in artist management, particularly within the photography industry, along with an established international network. Candidates lacking sufficient experience in artist management will not be considered a suitable fit.
