Art Director (m/w/d)

About the Role

T.W.O Kreativagentur is looking for an Art Director to join its creative team on a permanent full-time basis in Düsseldorf. The role suits someone who enjoys varied, exciting work, feels at home in the digital space, and is passionate about creative, innovative campaigns, advertising, and social media content.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and shape creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns, communication projects, and digital content.
• Design and build user-friendly websites using Figma or similar design tools.
• Work confidently with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Create motion and video-related assets with After Effects.
• Contribute to UI/UX design work with a strong practical understanding.
• Bring conceptual strength and help turn ideas into polished visual solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• A completed vocational training program or degree in a graphic/design-related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
• A solid conceptual mindset and a strong sense for communication and design.
• Curiosity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a structured, goal-oriented way.
• A team-oriented attitude, appreciation for a close-knit working culture, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Motivation for personal growth and continuous development.
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
