This position is responsible for managing retail credit risk operations for the Moradabad area, with a strong focus on underwriting quality, portfolio health, process discipline, and coordination across sales, operations, and support functions. Key accountabilities

Underwriting and portfolio quality management: Assess and clear credit proposals within the approved decision framework for the relevant business lines. Risk compliance and control: Follow established risk policies and operating norms. Prepare regular and need-based MIS, reports, and escalation documentation. Handle local risk operations through a maker-checker approach with Sales and Operations, covering exception approvals, collateral valuation, PDD completion, cheque bounce collections, and similar activities. Keep audit observations to a minimum and close all findings within defined timelines.

Collection efficiency: Coordinate with Collections and Operations teams to monitor delinquent accounts and support effective recovery actions. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the RCM to help avoid delinquency and NPA formation. Track delinquent portfolios, connect with key overdue customers when needed, support closure of cases, and report suspected fraud cases to the Risk Monitoring team and the Regional/Zonal Risk Head.

Business growth and sustainability: Work jointly with Sales and Operations on case-level decisions that support business growth while preserving portfolio quality and long-term sustainability.
