Overview

Key responsibilities
- Develop construction documentation, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Review safety requirements and make sure the work aligns with local planning rules.
- Work with markups and redline revisions to refine deliverables.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
- At least 3 years of experience working as an architect is required.
- Hands-on ability with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, or similar architectural design software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- English fluency at an intermediate level or higher.
Preferred experience
- Prior work experience for clients or employers in the United States is an added advantage.
