Apprentice Recruitment Assistant

About the Role

This position involves working within the One LSC Recruitment Team, delivering a professional and thorough recruitment service to all partner Trusts within the Lancashire and South Cumbria region, with emphasis on Blackpool Teaching Hospitals and Lancashire Teaching Hospitals. The role serves as a vital point of contact for both the Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers across the Trust, providing advice, answering queries, offering support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

The role can be based at either Blackpool Teaching Hospitals or Lancashire Teaching Hospitals sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Recruitment Team in offering a comprehensive, end-to-end recruitment service.
• Provide high-quality administrative support to the Recruitment Team, including front-of-house duties and telephone reception for a busy office.
• Act as the first point of contact for recruitment-related matters within the Trust.
