As an Appointment Setting Representative, you will serve as the initial liaison, engaging potential clients and setting up meaningful dialogues with senior sales professionals about our cutting-edge wellness products.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers thoughtfully to introduce Sun Coast Sciences' scientifically developed wellness products.
• Arrange qualified appointments that facilitate deeper sales discussions, aiding individuals on their path towards improved skin health and overall wellness.
• Partner with sales leadership to enhance appointment setting strategies and optimize conversion outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Possess strong persuasive communication abilities and determination to reach targeted decision makers.
• Efficiently manage a dynamic schedule, prioritizing tasks for peak productivity.
• Self-motivated individuals eager for personal growth and advancement opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with an ability to build genuine rapport.
• Technical savvy with a dependable high-speed internet connection (minimum Octane Speed of 20,000) and backup power solutions to avoid interruptions.
• Availability of a private workspace equipped with a performant computer, quality microphone, webcam, and noise-cancelling headset.

Working Hours and Compensation

• Work schedule runs from 9am to 5:30pm CST with Sundays & Mondays off one week and Fridays & Saturdays off the alternate week.
• Compensation consists of base hourly pay plus commission incentives tied to booked and completed appointments, with no earnings cap.
