Position Summary

We are seeking Application Production Support Engineers with strong DevOps skills for our Chennai location. Candidates should have between 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and be able to join immediately or within 30 days. This role strictly requires experience in application production support; infrastructure, server, or desktop support candidates will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Provide production support for software applications, including incident resolution and monitoring to ensure application availability.
Manage and operate Linux-based environments.
Work with scheduling tools such as Control-M, Autosys, TWS, or Cron to automate job execution.
Maintain and operate Jenkins pipelines to facilitate CI/CD processes.
Deploy and manage container orchestration using Kubernetes.

Desirable Skills

Experience with Windows Server environments.
Understanding and working knowledge of SQL databases including Oracle, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker.

Additional Information

Priority given to candidates based in Chennai.
Notice period preferred up to 30 days.
