Position Overview
As an Animateur, you will be key to creating memorable vacation experiences for our guests. Your role involves planning and overseeing animation, play, and sports programs designed to entertain children, families, and adults, using creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to inspire delight.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute seasonal animation, play, and sports activities
- Present and communicate recreational offerings actively to guests
- Deliver age-appropriate and pedagogically sound activities
- Supervise children, families, and adults as part of the guest program
- Manage the safe and smooth operation of the Pororoca wave attraction
- Operate and oversee the Tropino area from opening to closing
- Build guest relationships through personal engagement, attentiveness, and pleasant surprises
- Assist with seasonal events and creative leisure initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Experience in animation, experiential education, childcare, education, or equivalent qualifications
- Enjoy interacting with children, families, and guests with a positive demeanor
- Good command of German; English and additional languages are advantageous
- Creative, organized, team-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Resilient, responsible, and enjoys physical activity and guest contact
