Role Overview

This position serves as a critical connector between business units and technical teams by converting complex business challenges into actionable analytics, data science, and AI solutions that enhance measurable business outcomes. The incumbent gathers and refines business needs, spots opportunities for analytics interventions, crafts relevant use cases, and ensures that all data and AI efforts support the overall strategic goals of the company.

Collaborative Functions

The role demands close cooperation with business executives, product owners, and various technical experts such as data scientists, engineers, and developers. The candidate will facilitate prioritization of initiatives, translate technical concepts into accessible business language, and play an instrumental role in the successful delivery of analytic and AI projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees such as Master's or MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in roles involving business analytics, management consulting, product management, AI consulting, or digital transformation.
• In-depth knowledge of business intelligence, advanced analytics, machine learning, AI including Generative AI and Large Language Models, predictive analytics, and data-driven strategies.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while managing multifaceted stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik Sense; knowledge of Python, R, or analytics pipelines is appreciated.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and enterprise data ecosystems including Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Strong competency in Agile methodologies, product and project management, design thinking, and change management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical thinking, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills with aptitude for simplifying complex technical ideas.
• Previous involvement in workshop facilitation, KPI setting, business value measurement, AI adoption, and organizational change is advantageous.
• A good understanding of data and AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, compliance, and enterprise data management principles is beneficial.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, AWS Certified ML Engineer, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, or equivalent certifications is favorable.
• A proactive, strategy-oriented professional with a passion for linking business strategies with data and AI to drive transformation and deliver impactful analytic solutions.
