About the Role

This role is for a careful and detail-oriented platform administrator within the Marketing Operations team. You will help run the everyday administration, governance, and support activities for major marketing and collaboration tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Wrike, LiveSocial, Bynder, and other business applications. The position is business-facing and focuses on keeping platforms secure, compliant, and running smoothly while working closely with users and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user account activities end to end, including new account setup, permission changes, access updates, and deactivation.
  • Maintain platform settings and ensure they stay aligned with governance rules and operational standards.
  • Oversee the daily functioning of promotional and collaboration tools so they remain reliable and effective.
  • Keep platform records up to date, including SOPs, process documents, configuration details, and governance logs.
  • Support the rollout of new features, enhancements, and system upgrades.

  • Act as the first point of contact for platform-related support questions and incidents.

Requirements

  • Hands-on exposure to enterprise tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Wrike, LiveSocial, Bynder, Adobe Experience Cloud, or comparable applications.
  • Experience with access administration, permission management, ticket handling, and user support.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of platform administration, access control, and governance practices.
