Job Overview
This opportunity is for an Aircraft Technician position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, working on a 12-month outsourced contract. Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of relevant combined technical and administrative experience, ideally in aerospace or aviation sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to engineering and maintenance teams in the assembly, inspection, testing, and repair of aerospace parts and equipment.
- Ensure that tools, machines, and technical documentation are well-maintained and operational.
- Conduct quality inspections and basic troubleshooting with direction from senior technicians or engineers.
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and tracking for various maintenance and technical tasks.
- Keep precise inventory records of tools, parts, and supplies used in operations.
- Support the procurement workflow by preparing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
- Compile and maintain reports, logs, and related technical documents accurately.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience performing a combined technical and administrative role, preferably within aerospace or aviation.
- Capability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including engineering and maintenance staff.
