Job Overview
FilterPro USA is looking to hire a dedicated Air Filter Specialist to maintain and replace filters across various environments including schools, industrial sites, and retail chains. This role is essential to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency through routine filter maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform replacement of air filters in diverse settings such as education institutions, factories, and commercial stores.
- Clean filters thoroughly to remove accumulated dirt, debris, and contaminants, preserving system integrity.
- Conduct inspections of filters to identify wear or damage, ensuring timely replacements where necessary.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all filter changes and maintenance activities performed.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and protocols during all filter handling and equipment maintenance tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail to guarantee proper filter installation and upkeep.
- Basic proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers and related equipment.
- Strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills to coordinate with dispatch and manage filter replacement schedules and records efficiently.
Work Conditions and Benefits
- Employment is full-time with expected work hours ranging from 40 to 60 per week.
- Shift patterns include 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, primarily during day hours Monday through Friday, with overtime available.
- Company provides a vehicle for assigned routes, including fuel card, uniforms, and a company mobile phone.
- Occasional overnight travel is required, with lodging and per diem expenses covered.

Additional Information
