Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Air Compressor Maintenance Technician for our Medical Division based on-site in Jeddah. The technician will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, scheduled preventative maintenance, and repairs on medical-grade air compressors, vacuum pumps, and related equipment used in the medical gas sector. Daily duties involve diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, troubleshooting, component replacement, and ensuring equipment functionality and safety. The role also includes supporting the installation and commissioning of new compressor systems and advising on maintenance planning and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on medical air compressors and vacuum equipment.
• Diagnose and address mechanical and electrical problems in equipment.
• Troubleshoot system faults and replace defective parts.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new air compressor units.
• Provide technical recommendations to enhance maintenance strategies and equipment performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong experience in equipment maintenance specific to the medical field.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of air compressors and related machinery.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama permit.
• Technical diploma or certification in electrical, electronics, or instrumentation disciplines preferred.
• Experience with medical air compressors including screw, vane, and piston types, as well as vacuum pumps and gas manifolds.
• Practical knowledge of various dryer types such as desiccant and refrigerant dryers.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jeddah and collaborate across Saudi Arabia; extensive domestic travel may be required.
