AI/ML Architect - ERP and Enterprise Systems

Overview

Olympas LLC is seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect to enhance and integrate artificial intelligence capabilities within ERP and other enterprise operational systems. The company specializes in Point Of Sales (POS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) products with integrations spanning web, iOS, and Android platforms. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions to support and advance these business systems.

Working Hours

The role requires working from 3 PM to midnight.

Responsibilities

• Architect advanced AI solutions integrated with ERP software.
• Develop and manage AI/ML pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Create models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization.
• Deploy enterprise-grade NLP and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based enterprise search and AI copilots.
• Integrate AI systems through APIs and event-driven architecture.
• Set up monitoring, observability, and governance mechanisms for AI systems.
• Collaborate closely with both engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Required Expertise

• Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python programming and NLP technologies.
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering practices.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and AI copilots development.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Expertise in forecasting and optimization algorithms.
• Familiarity with data engineering tools including SQL, Kafka, and Spark.
• Experience deploying AI on cloud platforms like Azure AI, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and API integrations.
• Competence in AI automation and enterprise search systems.

Desirable Skills

• Specialized knowledge in supply chain AI applications and procurement analytics.
• Experience with financial AI solutions, invoice automation, and fraud detection.
• Skills in inventory optimization and manufacturing AI systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise knowledge management and AI governance.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates should hold a B.Tech, BE, MCA, or M.Tech degree preferably in fields such as Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Biotechnology, Cyber Security, or related disciplines.
