Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Trainer Lead to join our team remotely. In this contract position, your primary responsibility will be to enhance next-generation AI models by providing high-quality, real-world data inputs that guide their learning, reasoning, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI-generated outputs using established rubrics and quantitative metrics spanning multiple subject areas.
- Annotate, label, and organize datasets to boost the accuracy and dependability of AI models.
- Conduct detailed reviews of content to ensure it is relevant, coherent, and factually correct.
- Deliver precise and constructive feedback to improve AI system behavior continually.
- Work closely with clients to understand guidelines, assist in refining evaluation rubrics, and align processes with project goals.
- Keep thorough documentation of all annotations, evaluations, and findings.
- Engage in comprehensive reading and analysis across complex topics such as business, finance, marketing, healthcare, and legal fields.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail in annotating data and evaluating content quality.
- Strong analytical and critical reading skills, capable of interpreting and applying detailed evaluation rubrics.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear, nuanced feedback.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Proven experience in evaluating or scoring substantial volumes of content according to defined criteria.
- Valuable experience in AI training, machine learning data annotation, or related activities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a fully remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational or professional background in business, finance, legal, marketing, healthcare, or research sectors.
- Hands-on experience in AI training initiatives, human-in-the-loop systems, or quality control for AI-generated content.
- Knowledge of standard annotation software or AI evaluation tools is advantageous.
