About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join as AI Developers across multiple leading IT firms in India. This entry-level opportunity suits candidates passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python, and Generative AI technologies.

Location: Nationwide presence with openings in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Noida, and others.

Job Type: Full-time on-site positions.

Experience Required: Freshers with up to 1 year of experience.

Compensation: INR 3 to 4 Lakhs per annum.

Key Responsibilities

• Create AI-driven applications primarily in Python.
• Contribute to building Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Engage in projects involving Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI automation solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs to serve AI functionalities.
• Manage data preprocessing, including cleaning and feature extraction.
• Integrate AI models into web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct debugging, testing, and calibration of AI systems.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, data engineers, and product teams.
• Keep abreast with latest advancements and best practices in AI.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python programming and Object-Oriented concepts.
• Basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with SQL or MySQL databases.
• Fundamentals of Machine Learning and introductory Deep Learning.
• Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn libraries.
• Experience in creating and consuming REST APIs.
• Version control with Git and GitHub.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks.
• Experience using OpenAI APIs and LangChain.
• Familiarity with Hugging Face ecosystem and prompt engineering.
• Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Hands-on skill with Streamlit or Gradio for application interfaces.
• Basic Docker containerization skills.
• Introductory knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, or Electronics and Communication.
• Master’s degrees like MCA or M.Tech.
• Graduates from 2024, 2025, or 2026 batches strongly encouraged to apply.
