About the Role
A rapidly expanding AI agency based in Germany is looking for an experienced AI Creative Strategist to strengthen its performance and creative output.
Compensation
This role offers a fixed base salary along with a performance-based commission structure. The income potential is uncapped as the business continues to scale.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-performing and highly shareable AI-driven ad creatives.
- Build creative assets across formats such as video and static content.
- Contribute to shaping the AI creative strategy, workflows, and team structure.
- Produce large volumes of creative material as demand grows.
Requirements
- Strong practical experience using AI video tools and current ad formats such as UGC, VSLs, and greenscreen-style content.
- Demonstrated success in performance-focused creative work.
- Self-driven, high-ownership mindset with the ability to operate like a top performer.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where volume and speed matter.
