Job context

• Maintain high order accuracy and ensure every order is handled according to the customer’s specifications.
• Support timely order processing along with production scheduling so deliveries stay on track.
• Help drive customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth order handling and delivery performance.
• Keep inventory records accurate as they relate to order execution.
• Monitor order cycle time, meaning the duration from receiving an order to delivering the finished product.
• Track quality control outcomes, including defect levels and inspection results for completed orders.

• Use solid technical understanding of window products, materials, and manufacturing workflows.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications correctly.
• Work confidently with ERP platforms, Microsoft Office, and related software for data handling and reporting.
• Address order mismatches, technical concerns, and customer issues through effective problem-solving.
• Pay close attention to detail to keep order details, documentation, and product quality accurate.
