Agentic AI Developer / Technical Lead

Role Overview

This opportunity is with a highly established multinational company in Hyderabad. The organization is looking for an Agentic AI Developer / Technical Lead to build advanced AI products based on large language models, autonomous agent flows, and retrieval-augmented generation approaches.

Position Details

• Job title: Agentic AI Developer

• Location: PAN India
• Notice period: Immediate to 45 days
• Education: Any full-time undergraduate or postgraduate degree

What You Will Do

• Create and implement intelligent agent-based AI solutions using LLMs and multi-agent system designs.
• Develop and fine-tune RAG pipelines for enterprise search, knowledge access, and context-aware AI use cases.
• Build orchestration flows with LangGraph, LangChain, and similar agent workflow tools.
• Connect foundation models and AI services through AWS Bedrock and other model platforms.
• Apply prompt design, tool invocation, memory handling, and agent coordination techniques.
• Develop reliable backend APIs and services in Python to support AI applications.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver practical AI-driven solutions.
• Track, assess, and improve the quality, accuracy, and stability of AI systems.
• Keep pace with new developments in GenAI, Agentic AI, and LLM technologies.

Required Experience and Skills

• Solid background in building Agentic AI solutions.
• Practical experience with large language models.
• Strong capability in retrieval-augmented generation systems.
• Working knowledge of LangGraph and LangChain.
• Programming proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on exposure to AWS Bedrock.
• Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic retrieval.
• Experience with prompt engineering and agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development.

Preferred Exposure

• Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Llama, or similar foundation models.
• Exposure to vector stores such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
• Awareness of MLOps practices, AI observability, and model evaluation methods.
• Experience with AWS services and serverless application patterns.
