Overview
Enable.me is seeking an Adviser Capability Lead to elevate the performance and professional development of its nationwide financial adviser network. This key role, newly introduced and reporting to the Head of People and Capability, focuses on enhancing adviser skills and confidence to improve client outcomes and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and support to advisers to boost confidence, capabilities, and performance levels.
- Create and implement engaging learning and development programs tailored for adviser growth.
- Examine insights from Quality Assurance reviews, sales data, and adviser feedback to spot development opportunities.
- Manage the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program ensuring advisers meet required knowledge and regulatory competence.
- Develop and maintain tools, resources, and frameworks that promote consistent and efficient adviser workflows.
- Collaborate with leadership, compliance, QA, and Operations teams to foster ongoing improvement efforts.
- Maintain advisers' professional standards and ensure ongoing regulatory knowledge compliance within the financial advice sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in coaching, quality assurance, or capability development roles.
- Demonstrated passion for facilitating learning, growth, and success through targeted initiatives.
- Strong skills in coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to analyse performance data, identify trends, and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Sound knowledge of the New Zealand financial advice environment and its regulatory framework.

This position offers flexibility, with consideration for part-time arrangements around 30 hours per week.
