Overview

As an Adventure Guide, your role is to deliver outstanding experiences for guests throughout their Escape Room adventures, focusing on excellent customer service, enthusiasm for the activities, and friendliness to all visitors.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Welcome each team member and assist with their check-in process.
  • Serve beverages and snacks in the lounge area (alcohol service requires age 19 or older; preparation of drinks requires age 21 or older).
  • Interact with groups ranging from 2 to 14 participants, explaining game rules and scenarios clearly.
